From one record to collective action
On your own, it is your word against theirs. When three people name the same person, it isn't any more. We look for that pattern so you don't have to.
How connections work →A Violet Co Sexual Assault Legal Practice service
Record what happened to you, privately, with a law firm that believes you. Your record is held by our solicitors and nothing happens unless you want it to. If others name the same person, we tell you — separately, safely — and if you choose, we act together. It is free.

How connections work →Violet Co is Australia's dedicated sexual assault legal practice — survivor-led, Indigenous-owned, and a certified social enterprise. Registering costs nothing, and if a group forms, we represent you without charge.
Who we are →Your record is legally privileged, held in Australia, and seen only by our solicitors. The person you name is never contacted. You can pause, withdraw or have everything deleted at any time.

Who can use the Register
There is no time limit. It doesn't matter whether it happened last month or thirty years ago, whether you were a child, a teenager or an adult, or whether you have ever told anyone before.
You don't need to be sure it "counts". You don't need to have reported to police — and recording here never stops you from doing so, at any time.
"Let the survivor focus on healing. Let us focus on justice."
Fund the mission
The Register is part of Violet Co's Sexual Assault Legal Practice — a non-profit endeavour seeded by the Snow Foundation and raising to $600,000 by June 2027. Every gift is tax-deductible through the Karen Iles Sexual Assault Victims Justice Fund.
